Return & Refund Policy:
We will refund any order 60 days after purchase from our website if you are unsatisfied. We may ask that the product be returned to us if unused. You may be charged for return shipping depending on the nature of the return.
Exception:
Septic Liberator is used to fix failing leach fields. Every septic system is different. In some cases, more than one treatment can be needed to fix a septic issue. Given the amount of variables, we are unable to guarantee that the product will work in all cases. We will always work with you to try to resolve your issue.
